The Guam Chamber of Commerce, Commander U.S. Naval Forces Marianas/USCINCPAC Representative, Thirteenth Air Force (PACAF), 36th Air Base Wing (PACAF), Guam National Guard, and U.S. Coast Guard Marianas Section, have agreed to: foster mutual respect and a congenial working relationship between businesses and the military communities; promote cooperation through the free flow of information; and insure fair treatment for local business with the military.
In furtherance of the above stated goal, the Parties have agreed to the following:
- To foster goodwill in support of the military presence in Guam;
- Act as liaison to facilitate a positive relationship between Guam's civilian and military communities;
- Enhance public awareness of the important economic and socio-cultural impact of the military in Guam;
- Promote Guam as a leisure destination for uniformed and civilian military employees; and,
- To enhance contacts and exchange of information between the Parties.
